Great article.

Just a note:

“I wrote an email to myself with my own personal rules…” + “If we have data, let’s look at data. If all we have are our opinions, let’s go with mine.” is a bad attitude.

Each time you are wrong (and understand it) you gain knowledge, the one who was right only gains satisfaction.

Don’t go with your opinion. Use your intelligence and knowledge to compound/filter others opinions and achieve the best decision (output). This is a way to create a compound effect on knowledge.

Don’t focus only on what you do. See what the others do and take the best.

Imagine how politics could became if we began focusing on what the other countries do well…
