"Making matters even more frustrating is that these practices piss on the markup in a way that destroys the purpose of cache..."

Can you explain how "class="col-sm-8 col-md-7 py-4" can "destroys the purpose of cache" ?

You write a lot of inaccurate things, some partially true, other completely false. All main css frameworks provide theming, so your comments on "bg-white" are pointless, for example. And so on, in almost every thing you say.

About KB of frameworks, you seem to ignore the modern frameworks are purgeable:

"When building for production, you should always use Tailwind's purge option to tree-shake unused styles and optimize your final build size. When removing unused styles with Tailwind, it's very hard to end up with more than 10kb of compressed CSS."

From https://v1.tailwindcss.com/docs/controlling-file-size

It seems to me that you are just arrogant and probably ignorant of how a modern css framework, like tailwind, work. Mya be your ignorance includes also other partes of web development?
